The clinic is located at 3764 3rd Ave (Located in the Edward Jones building) The entryway to the clinic is located on the side of the building. (Unit 102)

Please note, if the door is locked I am either out of office or in a treatment.

No Show and Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice (“no shows”), will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. This policy allows me to offer appointment times to clients on my wait list and maintain a sustainable practice. Thank you for your understanding.

I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2019. My passion has always been working with people and learning about the human body and with that came an interest in health care. I believe in treating the body as a whole and working with my patients to create a treatment plan tailored to each individual.

I integrate multiple modalities into my practice including Myofascial release, Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, Craniosacral therapy, and Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). I am excited to continue furthering my knowledge with the next modality in Craniosacral therapy as well as visceral manipulation.
