Clinic Update: Upcoming Maternity Leave

I will be beginning my maternity leave in September. My September schedule will be limited, and I will be adding appointments throughout the month as I know more about my availability.

I’m excited to share that I have arranged for a locum, Caitlin Hodge, RMT, to join the clinic. Caitlin will be providing massage therapy while I’m on maternity leave, ensuring you can continue your care with a trusted practitioner.

No Show and Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice (“no shows”), will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. This policy allows me to offer appointment times to clients on my wait list and maintain a sustainable practice. Thank you for your understanding.
